We crossed the land border from Kasane in Botswana and headed to Victoria Falls.
Land border crossings are so much more interesting and easier than flights, however it seems harder to adjust to being in a different country!

We flew down to Harare, the capital city to avoid an 11 hour drive, picked up a small hire car and headed up into the highlands of Nyanga.

From Nyanga we drove to Great Zimbabwe, an ancient city close to the town of Masvingo.

Another long drive along challenging ‘roads’ and we arrived at our last stop in Bulawayo.

We liked Zimbabwe, it’s an interesting country with lots to offer.
Next we fly to Malawi.
