We took a day trip to Agra where the Taj Mahal and Red Fort are located. A 3-4 hr drive each way from New Dehli by car.

It’s a quite stunning building with more wonderful buildings, lawns and fountains surrounding it all laid out in perfect symmetry. Quite stunning to see it close up and one of the ‘7’ wonders of the world (4 to go!).

The four turrets are said to have been built to purposefully lean away from the central building so if they ever fell they would not damage it!
